Development of a standalone tool to use force directed nodes to create nodal positions of networks from SATURN traffic model network .DAT files, and allowing generated positions to be exported to a new SATURN .DAT position block. Also allows for simple select link OD zonal matrices to be generated – which Origin to Destination zones will pass through a single node via shortest path – useful for applying/verifying period survey data.
